What it does
ML4HF™ synthesizes invasive hemodynamic data — values clinicians already collect from Swan-Ganz catheters, PiCCO monitors, CardioMEMS, or right-heart cath — into a complete clinical snapshot: Stevenson profile, SCAI shock stage, ACC/AHA heart-failure stage, a panel of energetic indices (LV MPS, CPO, PAPi, ventricular-arterial coupling, and more), and a 1-year composite risk estimate (death · LVAD · transplant). The synthesis is paired with phenotype-driven management considerations and a referral-ready PDF — designed to shorten the time between bedside data and advanced HF care.
